安全文化在老年病房护理管理中的应用
Application of safety culture in nursing management of elderly patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of safety culture in nursing management of elderly patients.Methods:61 elderly inpatients were selected.The according to differences in care is divided into group A and group B.Group A of 30 patients with routine care.31 cases in group B were treated with safety nursing culture form.The effects of the application were analyzed. Results:In this study,a number of satisfaction and satisfaction rate of group A is lower than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:The elderly hospitalized patients with safe and cultural nursing can be found in a timely manner to the various problems in the nursing stage.It can effectively improve the clinical nursing satisfaction.关键词
