摘要
Abstract
Gallbladder cancer is the common malignant tumor of biliary duct system with high malignancy and poor prognosis. Its 5-year survivor rate remains low in the past 20 years. Comprehensive treatment based on surgery remains the treatment principle for gallbladder cancer. Laparoscopic surgery remains controversy for the treatment of gallbladder cancer with at least T2 stage. The tumor extension, invasion of lymph node and vascular determine the range of gallbladder cancer expand resection. Searching specific gene targets will improve the long-term prognosis of gallbladder cancer in current precision medicine era.关键词
