摘要
Abstract
The development of modern imageology offers a help to the diagnosis of gallbladder cancer (GBC). Standard radical surgery may be the only curative way for the GBC patients. Moreover, degree of local invasion and lymph node metastatic situation of GBC are the basis of the surgical decision making. Accurate pre-/intra-operative evaluation, including T staging evaluation, lymph node metastasis evaluation, resectable evaluation and the intraoperative staging evaluation again, has an important guiding significance for appropriate treatment selection.关键词
