Abstract
As for gallbladder cancer, the anatomical structure plays an important role in its invasion and metastasis. Direct invasion and lymphatic metastasis are the main pathways. Nowadays, surgery has become the only way to cure gallbladder cancer, and the surgical methods mainly depend on the TNM-staging of the tumor. D2 lymph node dissection is recommended for gallbladder cancer of T1b and above.关键词
