The interpretation of Locally Advanced, Unresectable Pancreatic Cancer：American Society of Clinical Oncology Clinical Practice Guideline (Version 2016)
摘要
Abstract
Most patients with pancreatic cancer are diagnosed at distant stages, among whom present with locally advanced, unresectable pancreatic cancer (LAPC) are numerous. However, there is no widely approved guideline provided with sufficient evidence-based medicine to guide clinical practices. Recently, the American Society of Clinical Oncology released their clinical practice guideline focus on the management of LAPC based on randomized controlled trials (RCTs), suggesting that the key of management of LAPC are to control the local tumor and to improve the quality of life.关键词
