摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of SMAS lifting by eyebrow incisionin the treatment of upper eyelid relaxation, in order to ifnd the effective treatment method for theaging of the upper eyelid.Metions Select the upper eyelid laxity patients from June 2013 toJune 2015 in our hospital 32 cases; Adopted by the SMAS incision brow lift surgery under localanesthesia; According to the extent of the patient's eyebrows droop and the distance between theeyebrows and eyelids, Select the incision above the eyebrows or below the eyebrows.Designsurgical removal of skin; Cut the skin, subcutaneous tissue, And removal of design incisions in the skin, Down along the separation between the subcutaneous tissue and orbicularis muscle lfap,Exposure to SMAS (orbicularis muscle and frontalis fascia), Folding suture SMAS to improve theeyebrow and upper eyelid. Suture the skin incision, Bandage bandaged eyes. Results Weaccording to the patient's brow ptosis degree and eyebrow eyelid to different distance,Respectively, the incision below the eyebrows(The light degree of eyebrow eyebrow ptosis, eyelidto wide distance )or above the eyebrows(The degree of brow droop is obvious), Removal of theskin by folding and relaxing SMAS, Through the folding of SMAS, the removal of the skin, The effective correction was made for the loose upper eyelid and the prolapse of the eyebrow.The patient recovered or was close to their youthful eye condition,Satisfactory clinical results were obtained.ConclusionsTreatment of upper eyelid relaxation and aging treatment by SMAS lifting of eyebrow incision was good.关键词
