Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of priming on facial plastic surgery.Methods Thirty - two patients were divid ed into two groups: groupⅠ (n = 167), groupⅡ (n = 52) and suture group (n = 105) . The statistical analysis was made on the needle-line response, suture indentation or cutting and early satisfaction of each group.Results In 324 cases, the wounds were healed at one t ime, and the thread junction reaction, suture indentation or cutting of Prinling suture group were signiifcantly smaller than that of fast-Vicat suture group and nylon suture group (P<0.05). The satisfaction of nylon thread suture group was lower than that of fast suture gro up and nylon thread suture group (P<0.05).Conclusion Prinblast line is stable and has a small tissue reaction, which can reduce the po stoperative needle - line junction reaction, suturing indentation and incision rate, improve the postoperative satisfaction of patients, and is a good material for facial suture.关键词
