盆底重建术治疗女性盆腔脏器脱垂的治疗效果
The effect of pelvic lfoor reconstruction in the treatment of female pelvic organ prolapse

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of pelvic lfoor reconstruction in the treatment of severe pelvic organ prolapse in female.Methods A total of 198 cases of patients from April 2013 to April 2015 in our hospital for treatment of uterine prolapse III to IV, and vaginal wall prolapse were selected, and according to the random number table the patients were divided into vagina uterine group and the reconstruction group, each group of 99 cases. The operation time, blood loss, length of stay of the two groups was compared, and the POP-Q classiifcation and cure rate were compared and analyzed.ResultsThe operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative hospitalization time of reconstruction group was signiifcantly better than the vagina uterine group, there was signiifcant difference (P< 0.05). 12 months after surgery, the cure rate of reconstruction group than vagina uterine group, there was signiifcant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic reconstructive surgery in the treatment of female pelvic organ prolapse, can effectively strengthen pelvic support structures, to recover the function, and can preserve the uterus, can improve the quality of life of the patients, the effect is worth afifrmation.关键词
