Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical of compound glycyrrhizin combined with colagen dressing in the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis.Methods 86 patients with the facial hormone dependent dermatitis were selected and who accepted treatments in our hospital of Department of Dermatology from June,2011 to June,2014 were taken as the research objects, and were randomly divided into the observation group(n=43)and the control group(n=43).In the control group, they were treated with the compound glycyrrhizin while in the observation group, on the basis of the treatment in the control group, they were treated with the colagen dressing. Then, the incidence of symptoms and adverse reactions were observed of the patients of treatment for 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks.Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the efficiency in the observation group was 65.1%,and the control group was 62.8%,the efficacy of the two groups were no significant difference(P>0.05);After 8 weeks of treatment, the efficiency in the observation group was 79.1%,and the control group was 69.8%,the comparison of the efficacy of the two groups had significant difference, with statistical significance(P<0.05);After 12 weeks of treatment,the efficiency in the observation group was 90.7%,and the control group was 74.4%,there was significant diference in the comparsion of the efficacy betweent the two groups(P<0.05).In addition,the observation group of patients showed no alergy or irritation during the treatment,and there was also not found elevated blood pressure,decreased serum potassium and other adverse reactions.The control group had 2 cases of pruritus,2 cases of tenderness,the symptoms were disappeared after giving vitamin E cream,and there was no influence in the continue treatment.Conclusion The compound glycyrrhizin combined with colagen dressing in the treatment of patients with facial hormone dependent dermatitis which the symptoms improved are significantly,the clinical effect is good.关键词
