Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint sticking therapy on chronic cough combined with targeted nursing measures.Methods From May 2012 to June 2015,162 cases of chronic cough treated in Chinese Medicine Hospital of Meizhou were selected as the research object.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,each of 81 cases.The control group were given routine treatment,observation group patients in the control group based on acupoint application therapy,the patients in the two groups were given corresponding nursing measures and compared between the two groups before and after treatment in patients with TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions occurrence.Results After treatment,the observed group of patients with TCM syndrome score was significantly lower than the control group,the difference is statisticaly significant(P<0.05);observation of patients in the treatment group total efficiency was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference is statisticaly significant(P<0.05).The adverse reactions of two groups of patients occurred rate difference was not statisticaly significant(χ2=0.6992,P>0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic cough has obvious clinical curative effect,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and higher safety.关键词
