广西医用诊断X射线摄影机质量控制检测结果及分析
The results analysis of quality control detection on medical X-ray diagnostic equipment in Guangxi

Abstract
Objective:To detect image quality control in Guangxi medical X-ray diagnostic equipment in 2013, and analyze the factors of unqualified in quality control testing project, then providing a scientific basis to improve performance qualification rate of medical X-ray diagnostic equipment.Methods: The image quality control of 282 medical X-ray diagnostic equipment from 171 hospitals in 2013 were conducted through Barracuda x-ray output evaluation device, according to national specifications for testing of image quality control in medical X-ray diagnostic equipment (WS 76-2011).Results: In 282 medical X-ray diagnostic equipment, 235 are completely qualified and the qualified rate is 83.3%. The qualified rate of tertiary hospitals, second-class hospitals, and below second-class hospitals are 93.7%, 97.1%, 68.1%, respectively. In addition, the performance qualified rate of import machine is higher than the homebred machine. Conclusion: The performance and quality test qualified rate of x-ray imaging medical machine is low in below second-class hospitals. It needs to be improved on the maintenance, performance measuring and image quality control of medical X-ray diagnostic equipment.关键词
