Abstract
Objective:To design and implement equipment malfunctions online service system by using information technology, and to solve the defect of the traditional repair works, which makes traditional off-line repair service way transfer to online service mode, in order to improve the service quality of backup support.Methods: The actual situation of the hospital has been considered in this system. This system is developed by choosing ThinkPHP framework and jQuery technology, and it has set up four user management modes of administrator management, total audit management, department audit management, and common user management. Also the system has many functions: order with the repair personnel, the repair service, the repair progress review, and service statistics, etc.Results:This system effectively improves the work efficiency and management level, and it has a very good application prospect.Conclusion: Through the use of medical information system, the construction of hospital informatization will be promoted, and the clinical will also be better serviced.关键词
