基于WEBGIS的地震空间减灾信息化平台建设研究
Construction of Information Platform for Earthquake Disaster Mitigation Based on WEBGIS Study

Abstract
Earthquake has become one of the most serious natural disasters threatening human life,property and economic development.According to the problems of week effectiveness of disaster information acquisition,low degree of automation and quantification and the information integration and share of the current earthquake emer-gency response and disaster mitigation system,the spatial and temporal information related to earthquakes were col-lected and sorted,combining with the basic geography of the disaster area and multi-source remote sensing satellite image data.An online integration database system for earthquake mitigation was built by using the object&theme-oriented data model.The overall design structure,technology architecture and function modules of the information platform of earthquake disaster mitigation based on WEBGIS and space technology were proposed.A prototype sys-tem was developed,initially forming a dynamic monitoring of earthquake,disaster assessment,real-time disaster information sharing,emergency mitigation and decision-making integration production to provide references for im-proving the level of earthquake emergency response and disaster mitigation in China.关键词
