Abstract
Prison Book from Zouyanshu,is an trial to judge an erroneous law enforcement of the county magistrate of Youxian Guangnei"Sun".Prison Book recorded the county magistrate of Youxian Guangnei"Sun"`s first investi-gation to Youxian,a rebellion in Li Xiang County of Youxian among Cangwu shire,the new Magistrate of Qian and the new land of Jing,and so on.All of this prove that Youxian must be set up firstly at 26 years of Qin Shi-huang.关键词
