高校内部执行机制现状与依法治校的价值追求
Present Situation of University Internal Execution Mechanism and Value Pursuit of University Management by Law
摘要
Abstract
The emphasis of governing the university by law in an all-round way lies in the perfection of university internal execution mechanism.At present,the implementation organism within the universities poses an obvious presentation of serious hindrance in the fields of management generalization,of interest-oriented attitudes,and of highly concentrated power.The analysis of improving the legal basis and realistic foundation of university internal administrative execution mechanism is the demand of era,the system requirements and the basic value pursuit of pushing on governing the university by law.关键词
