Effects of Different Planting Densities on Growth of Dichroa febrifuga
摘要
Abstract
Objective] To explore the influence of planting density on growth characteristics of D.efbrifuga, thereby determining the optimal planting density .[Method] Via artificial cultivation tests, the effects of different planting densities (50 cm ×50 cm, 40 cm ×40 cm and 25 cm ×25 cm) on each growth index of D.febrifuga were studied.[Result] The height, new shoot number, leaf area, SPAD value of the blade, dry weight of aboveground part, dry weight of underground part and total dry weight had reached significant levels under different planting densities . When planting density was 50 cm ×50 cm, D.febrifuga had the best leaf shape index, which was suited for cultivating as a flowering and foli -age plant.When planting density was 40 cm ×40 cm,D.febrifuga had the largest biomass per unit area, which was suited for planting as medici-nal plant.[ Conclusion] The test result could provide theoretic basis for efficient cultivation of D.febrifuga.关键词
