干腌火腿中虫害的研究进展
Research Progress of Pests in Dry-cured Ham
摘要
Abstract
Dry-cured ham usually becomes infested with pests during the curing and aging process, which not only affects the quality of dry-cured ham, but also causes certain economic loss.In this research, we mainly introduced the damage of insect pests to ham and the research status of main types and life habits, aiming at providing references for the comprehensive control of pests in dry-cured ham, and promoting the well development of dry-cured ham industry.关键词
