薄层色谱法对宫衣净酊质量标准的研究
Quality Standard of Gongyijing Tincture by Thin Layer Chromatography
摘要
Abstract
Objective] To establish quality standards of Gongyijing tincture to cure retained fetal membranes.[Method] Thin layer chroma-tography ( TLC) method was used for qualitative identification of the traditional Chinese medicine in Gongyijing tincture.Puerarin, safflower and garden balsam seed and Radix Cyathulae were identified by TLC in Gongyijing tincture.[ Result] Under the selected chromatographic conditions, chromatographic spots were better separated.This identification method could effectively identify puerarin, safflower, and garden balsam seed.[Conclusion] The established TLC method was simple, easy to operate, has strong specificity and good repeatability, which pro-vides references for the quality control of Gongyijing tincture.关键词
