Effects of Park Construction on the Employment of Labor Force in Central Towns from the Perspective of Industrial Clusters-Based on a Survey of 30 Central Towns in Xuzhou City

Abstract
According to a survey of 30 central towns in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, the current situation of population and urbanization in the central towns were summarized, and the effects of park construction on the mobility of labor force in the central towns were analyzed.The results show that park construction supported industrial clusters, and the transfer of rural labor force in the central towns can promote rural urbanization and population urbanization.In a central town which plays radiation and driving roles, it is needed to make full use of its advantages to develop park economy and expand industrial clusters, thereby attracting more labor force.关键词
