葛根素抑制大鼠结肠平滑肌收缩活动的机制探讨
Mechanism of inhibitory effect of puerarin on isolated colon smooth muscle of rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the mechanisms of supressing the contractile activity of isolated colon smooth muscle of rats with Puerarin .Methods Powerlab signal processing instrument was used to observe the activity of isolated colon smooth mus‐cle of rats .Results Puerarin significantly exerted depressant effect on the contractile activity of the colon smooth muscle of rats .Atropine ,nimodipine ,propranolol and glibenclamide partially blocked the depressant action of puerarin .Conclusion Pu‐erarin inhibited the motility of the colon smooth muscle of rats ,which was partially mediated via adrenergic βreceptor ,cholin‐ergic M receptor ,potassium channel and calcium channel .关键词
