尺骨变异在健康人群中的动态变化规律

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the dynamic change rule of ulnar variance in healthy people .Methods 82 healthy volun‐teers were randomly selected ,and The values of ulnar variance by radiographs of 164 wrists were studied .Results Among the 164 volunteers ,the incidence of ulnar variance were 49.4% (positive variance) ,30.5% (neutral variance) ,20.1% (negative va‐riance) .The minimum mean value of ulnar variance about 164 wrists in suspination rotation was (0.15 ± 1.22) mm ,when the hand was relaxed .The maximum mean value of ulnar variance in pronation was (1.81 ± 1.21) mm ,when the hand was during a maximum grip .The increased value of ulnar variance was (0.76 ± 0.12) mm during the dynamic process from relaxed to max‐imum grip .The increased value of ulnar variance was (1.08 ± 0.23) mm during the dynamic process from suspination to prona‐tion .Conclusion In the process of the change from suspination to pronation ,the dynamic value of ulnar variance was gradually increasing .The dynamic value of ulnar variance tended to positive from relaxed to grip states .With the growth of age ,the dy‐namic value of ulnar variance was obvious .The dynamic value of ulnar variance had no significant difference in males and fe‐males ,also in both sides of the wrist .关键词
