基于V/I转换电路与锁相放大器的磁阻抗测量系统
Magnetic Impedance Measurement System Based on V/I Conversion Circuit and Lock-in Amplifier

Abstract
In order to realize the low cost and portable application of GMI sensor,a new type of GMI sensor detec⁃tion system is proposed and studied. The novel GMI sensor detection system consists of a signal source ,a V/I con⁃version circuit and a lock-in amplifier. In the range of 1 MHz to 10 MHz excitation signal frequency range,the new test system of NiFe/Cu/NiFe sandwich structure GMI sensor were measured,and with the HP 4194A impedance ana⁃lyzer measurements under the same conditions results are analysis and comparison.The comparison results show that the error range of the system is less than 1.5%when the frequency is 6 MHz.关键词
