摘要

Abstract

Wireless MWD shock absorber damping performance will directly affect the well logging instrument performance ,stability and longevity .In this paper ,the finite element model is established ,and the modal analysis is performed to get the natural frequency of the shock absorber . The equivalent spring stiffness of the damper is obtained by nonlinear analysis . Further ,the equivalent spring stiffness is imported into ADAMS to establish a virtual prototype analysis to obtain the shock absorber for 0~28 g ,0~200 Hz continuous load and 0~53 g ,5 ms shock load with good damping effect .This method can provide reference for the design of shock absorber .
