摘要

Abstract

Because multi-port T/R module output noise is composed of all noise of the channels,it’s very difficult to measure one channel’s noise figure independently. A noise figure measurement method for multi-port T/R modules is put forward. To cancel the noise of other channels,the under-test channel’s at-tenuation is changed twice and noise figure is measured each time. An 8-channel T/R module is tested, and there is only 0. 08 dB difference between two methods. The results are compared with the reference test data to demonstrate the correctness and reliability of the method.
