采用条件风险约束的电网日前风电接纳能力评估
Assessment of Wind Power Accommodation Capability Using Conditional Risk Constraint from Day-ahead Viewpoint

Abstract
With the consideration of stochastic wind power prediction errors,wind power accommodation risk was pre⁃sented and condition value at risk(CVaR)theory was consequently used to quantify the risk level. Based on a con⁃straint on the CVaR,a wind power accommodation capability(WPAC)assessment model from day-ahead viewpoint was introduced. The constraint on CVaR in this model was linearized and LINGO software was consequently used to solve the model presented in this paper. Simulation results based on IEEE 30-bus test systems verify the effectiveness of the model presented in this paper. Based on this model,WPAC under different confidence levels and different accom⁃modation risks can be analyzed easily. In addition,the results can provide more useful information for system operators as uncertainties,probability and confidence level considered.关键词
