混合模糊H网在配电网故障识别中的应用

Abstract
The identification of fault types is the key to the location of faults in the distribution network. To this end ,a new hybrid fuzzy H net(HFHN)is proposed. Using Clarke modal transformation and S-transformation,the zero-se⁃quence voltage amplitude and voltage sag amplitude are extracted from the three-phase voltage within the 1/4 period af⁃ter the occurrence of the fault;then through fuzzy reasoning,a fuzzy value is obtained as the characteristic quantity;fi⁃nally,the recognition of fault types is performed by fuzzy H net. A simulation model is built by the application of ATP/EMTP,and various short circuit faults are recognized. Simulation results indicate that the proposed method is feasible , and it is not affected by factors such as transition resistance and fault position. Compared with other methods ,HFHN has better accuracy and faster speed.关键词
