Abstract
Considering customers’high reliability requirement,an optimal economic planning method of tie points in distribution system is proposed. First,a reliability analysis method for distribution system with multi tie points is intro⁃duced,including a logic judgment method dealing with power supply restoration. Second,the planning model of tie points is built to minimize the total costs with power supply reliability and equipment utilization rate as constraints , where load and fault parameters are modeled as interval numbers in the calculation of reliability considering their uncer⁃tainties. Finally,the proposed method is tested on part of the RBTS BUS 6 system:the capacity of tie points is adjusted to model different equipment utilization rates,the influences of different equipment utilization rates on the planning re⁃sult are analyzed,and the principles of planning are extracted. The test result shows that the proposed method can pro⁃vide reference for engineering practice.关键词
