摘要

Abstract

Three methods, Snoke method, CAP method, and moment tensor inversion TDMT-INVC method, were used to calculate the focal mechanism solution of Alashan ZuoqiM 5.8 earthquake in Inner Mongolia on April 15, 2015. The results show that the source parameters of focal mechanism solutions from three methods have good agreement. The focal mechanism solutions show that displacement is mainly slip with slightly thrust components. The direction of the tensile stress is northwest and the pressure stress is northeast, complying with the stress ifeld characteristics of the area.
