外资参与对企业研发投入的影响研究--基于中国上市企业的实证分析
Research on the Impact of Foreign Investment on R & D Investment of Enterprises---An Empirical Analysis Based on Chinese Listed Companies

Abstract
Using the sample data of 318 listed companies with foreign investment in China during 2009-2014 , this paper makes an empirical analysis of the impact of foreign ownership and foreign investment holding on enterprise R&D investment . The results show that:foreign participation has a positive impact on enterprise R&D activities in China , but there are significant different impacts between the for-eign ownership and foreign holding , when the foreign shareholder is not the largest shareholder , proportion of foreign ownership of enter-prise has a very small role in promotion effect on R&D investment , when the shareholders of foreign ownership of the largest shareholder , namely , the existence of foreign holdings , foreign holdings of enterprise has a significant role promotion effect on R&D investment .关键词
