合作创新网络结构特征对企业创新绩效的影响研究--以新能源汽车产业为例
Research on the Influence of Cooperative Innovation Network Structural Features on the Corporate Innovation Performance---A Case of New Energy Vehicle Industry

Abstract
On the basis of cooperative innovation and social network theory , this paper chooses view of the structure characteristics of innovation network , and then puts forward the hypothesis of the influence of the structure characteristics of innovation network on the eco-nomic , social and ecological performance of the enterprise under three dimensions:node degree , betweenness centrality and structural holes . Collecting 168 questionnaires of new energy vehicle enterprises in Jiangsu Province , it uses the date to build the multiple regression model . The results show that the node degree of cooperative innovation network has positive influence on corporate economic , social perfor-mance ;the betweenness centrality has positive influence on corporate economic performance;the structural holes have positive influence on corporate economic and ecological performance . The empirical results have some enlightening significance for enterprises , intermediaries and government on the development of new energy industry .关键词
