摘要

Abstract

This paper explores the interactive effect between goal orientation of knowledge worker , climate for innovation and their influence on the employee innovation performance . Based on the survey data of 130 knowledge workers , the regression results indicate that the goal orientation of knowledge workers consists of three dimensions , performance orientation , learning orientation and challenge orienta-tion . Performance orientation is negatively , whereas the learning orientation is positively , related to the employee innovation performance . Furthermore , the interactive effect of the goal orientation and the climate for innovation has a significantly positive influence on the employ-ee performance of innovation .
