摘要
Abstract
Acording to an explosion accident of the porcelain sleeve of 500 kV SF6 Circuit Break⁃er during the Commissioning Period,based on the inspection of explosion site and a series of verifi⁃cation test of porcelain sleeve, and a series of validation experiments on the adaptability of the por⁃celain bushing under high and low temperature conditions, crack in the firing process, internal pressure level, mechanical loading capacity, the compact structure and the uniformity of porcelain are carried out. Finally the reason of the explosion of the porcelain sleeve proves to be the crack of porcelain sleeve produced in manufacturing or transportation process. Two measures for avord⁃ing to produce the crack of the porcelain sleeve are proposed in this paper.关键词
