摘要
Abstract
Regulations of direct electricity purchase by large consumers in China are studied in this article. After comparing in several aspects, including market entry rules,quantitative restric⁃tion,trading mode,trading category,violation compensation and capacity deduction,characteristics and commons of the provincial regulations are summarized. The actual trading condition in differ⁃ent provinces is also introduced. Finally the problems of direct electricity purchase by large con⁃sumers that need to be attended are proposed.关键词
