Abstract

Objective To scientifically evaluate the two modern digital diagnosis and treatment methods of high frequency ultrasonography and mammography X-ray on plasma cell mastitis according to the results and to discuss the clinical diagnostic value of the two methods on plasma cell mastitis. We expect to find out the best method of digital diagnosis in order to improve the accuracy in clinical diagnosis. Methods The 74 suspected breast surgery plasma cell mastitis patients were selected from May 2015 to August 2015 in our hospital. All patients were line of high frequency ultrasonography and mammography X-ray and 51 cases of plasma cell mastitis patients were confirmed by pathology. The high frequency ultrasound and molybdenum target X-ray results of the 51 cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results The positive diagnosis coincidence rate is 76.47% by using high frequency ultrasound diagnosis of plasma cell mastitis. While the positive diagnosis coincidence rate was 47.06% by using molybdenum target X-ray diagnosis of plasma cell mastitis. Conclusion Two kinds of digital diagnosis method of high frequency ultrasound diagnosis of plasma cell mastitis is better than molybdenum target X-ray, and high-frequency ultrasound diagnosis shows higher diagnosis value.
