A Review on Spatial Planning for the Exclusive Economic Zone in Germany
摘要
Abstract
Being new emerging in recent years,the spatial planning for the exclusive economic zone (EEZ)has been used by coastal States to strengthen jurisdiction of non-sovereign waters.Spatial planning for the German EEZ in the Baltic Sea and the North Sea was used to cooperate with the conflicts among different sea activities,and to solve conflicts between marine development and en-vironment protection.It was also used to enhance maritime industry developing advantages of Germany.The fundamental purpose of such plan is to safeguard political interests,economic inter-ests,ecological interests,science and technology interests and cultural interests.However,there is still lack of necessary measures to protect ecological interests.关键词
