Abstract
This paper analyzed the status and developing trend of the basic characteristics of the channel and in-depth,summed up the Chinese channel,anchorage management experience.Com-bined with the public revelation of the compensation management and relevant regulations,the pa-per put forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the channel and anchorage sea ar-ea usage management.关键词
