摘要
Abstract
There are lots of factors affecting the safety of warship because of complex system and internal and external environment of warship .The safety of the warship attracts wide attention .Based on theory of systems engineering ,this pa‐per sets up assessment index system of the warship from personnel ,equipment ,environment and management ,and divides into 20 secondary factors .This paper researches risk evaluation of a type warship by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation , determines security levels of the warship ,finds out the key point of the warship safety ,prevents the warship accidents .关键词
