Nutritional Component Analysis in Muscles of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus and Paramisgurnus dabryanus from Shaobo Lake

摘要

Abstract

The common nutrition composition amino acid contents and fatty acid profiles in muscles of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus and Paramisgurnus dabryanus from shaobo lake in Jiangsu Province were compared and analyzed. The results showed that there was no significant difference in muscle moisture content between M. anguillicaudatus and P. dabryanus(P < 0. 05) . In the muscle of M. anguillicaudatus , the crude pro⁃tein content was significantly higher and crude lipid content was significantly lower than those in muscle of P. dabryanus(P <0. 05) . The contents of total amino acids (TAA), essential amino acids (EAA), half⁃es⁃sential amino acids ( HEAA ) , nonessential amino acids ( NEAA ) and delicious amino acids ( DAA ) in muscle of M. anguillicaudatus were significantly higher than those of P. dabryanus(P < 0. 05) . The total contents of saturated fatty acids ( SFA) in M. anguillicaudatus were sianificantly lower, whereas all the con⁃tents of unsaturated fatty acids ( UFA) , polyunsaturated fatty acids ( PUFA) , highly unsaturated fatty acids,&nbsp;n⁃3 PUFA, n⁃6 PUFA, trans fatty acids ( TFA) , and the coefficients of n⁃6 PUFA/n⁃3 PUFA were signifi⁃cantly higher than that those in P. dabryanus(P < 0. 05) . In summary, the nutrition values of M. anguillicaudatus were higher than that of P. dabryanus .
