Abstract
To explore the influence of complexing agents in zinc containing electroplating wastewater treatment,experimental and theoretical means were used to describe the effect. The results show that when no complexing agent exists,adjusting pH value of the wastewater can make zinc concentration decrease to electroplating pollutant emission standards 1. 0 mg/ L or less,and it can be achieved when pH value is greater than 8. 5. When tartaric acid appears in wastewater,pH value over 11 can reach the emission standard. When citric acid,or EDTA (elhylene diamine tetraacetic acid)is in wastewater,using hydroxide precipitation method cannot reach the emission standard. Besides,theoretical calculation and mapping analysis find that when the total concentration of tartaric acid,citric acid,or EDTA reach 91. 55,30. 74,4. 38 mg/ L respectively,adjusting pH value cannot make the total zinc concentration lower than the standard emission,which is consistent with the experimental results.关键词
