摘要

Abstract

Pilot study of sludge anaerobic digestion enhanced by three treatments was investigated in this study. The optimal parameters for electrochemical pretreatment confirmed by the laboratory test were as follows:voltage was 299 V,electrolysis current was 25 A,electrode distance was 4 cm and the processing time was 30 min. The dosage of sodium hypochlorite was 0. 4% (V/ V). The optimal dosage of FeCl3 was 200 mg/ L Fe3 + and the dosing time was the third day after anaerobic digestion. The pilot test of sludge anaerobic digestion enhanced by the three treatments was established in Qingpu District of Shanghai City based on the above technological conditions. Results show that biogas production and the stabilization of sludge are increased. During the operation process of the pilot test,the net profit of anaerobic digestion of sludge treated by electrochemical + sodium hypochlorite is the highest,about 1. 94 yuan/ t sludge (according to 95% water content).
