Social Governance under the Condition of Increasing Liquidity
摘要
Abstract
Since the new century,we have noticed rapid social operation.In the process of increasing social liquidity,great challenges have been formed to social governance.We have been seeking adaptability of so-cial governance from reform,but the reality of risk society and frequent crisis events shows that we haven�t found the application point in reform,that is,we haven�t paid enough attention to social liquidity, nor have we planned and designed reform program according to it.In fact,as far as reform is concerned, social liquidity is a critical j oint point.We should fully consider it in social governance change and the con-struction of new social system.If all these require the conscious arrangement of social governance,consid-ering another dimension of modern social development—social organizing,the emphasis of reform should be placed on the reconstruction of organization mode,that is,establishing cooperative organizations to re-place bureaucratic organizations.关键词
