法治评估实践的效度--基于“余杭法治指数”的文本研究
The Validity of the Rule of Law Evaluation Practice-Based on the Context of the Legal Index of Yuhang
摘要
Abstract
The validity of the legal practice evaluation becomes an important focus through the event of Yuhang Zhongtai waste incineration plant.The validity of legal practice evaluation includes the content va-lidity and the results validity.The research finds the deviation between the validity and expression in the legal practice evaluation in Yuhang by analysing the content of index system,information collection,date process and the conclusion of the report.The lack of effective acceptance system and other reasons lead to above problem.关键词
