我国人民法院创新社会管理的司法法治逻辑考量
Consideration on the Judicial Rule of Law Logic about Innovation of Social Management in the People s Court
摘要
Abstract
The innovation of social management in the people�s court is the inherent requirement of social j udicial power operation mechanism of transformation.Multidimensional horizon theory of the concern for the innovation of social management in the complex and distinctive technology to identify differences and provide a reliable source of knowledge.But the form of innovation of social management practice in various levels people�s courts presents a copycat,randomness and expansionary tendency.Judicial professional eth-ics in three dimensions,namely obj ective demands of transformational society,realistic questions of j ustice facing and identify sources of technical knowledge,clear implementation path of j udicial logic the rule of law about the innovation of social management in the people�s court,and it should follow the general regu-lation of the rule of law construction.关键词
