论法治评估的立场与类型OACHSSCD
The Position and Type of Legal Practice Evaluation
法治评估是法治中国建设过程中的重要环节，有必要重视法治评估的类型化问题。国家视角中的法治评估以国家为本位，重点关注法治目标及法律制度的实现状况。社会立场上的法治评估从社会立场出发，重点关注社会利益的表达及对法治建设的需求。专家视阈中的法治评估以知识为中介对法治建设进行的评价，重点关注法治建设现状与法治理念相互间的差距。法治评估三种类型的区分与法治评估实践形式并非一一对应，但类型化研究有助于法治评估实践的更好推进、有助于法治评估研究的理论化、体系化。
