The Position and Type of Legal Practice Evaluation
摘要
Abstract
It is necessary to pay attention to the theory of the type of legal evaluation.The evaluation of rule of law in the perspective of the state is based on the state which focuses on the realization of the rule of law and the legal system.The evaluation of rule of law in the perspective of the society which focuses on the expression of social interests and the needs of the construction of the rule of law.The evaluation of rule of law in the perspective of the expert which focuses on the gap between construction of the ideals of rule of law.The distinction among the three types of rule of law and the rule of law in the form of assessment is not a one-to-one correspondence,but the type research helps to promote the practice of the assessment of rule of law and the theorization and systemization of the research of assessment of the rule of law.关键词
