中小民营家族企业的“关系融资”：概念和内涵--基于扬州市R企业的观察与思考OACHSSCD
The Relationship Financing of Small and Medium-sized Private Family Enterprises:Concept and Connotation-based on the Observation and Thinking of Y Enterprise in Yangzhou City
文章以扬州市 R 企业为案例，探索中小家族企业融资方式的独特性，并初步提炼出“关系融资”这一概念。“关系融资”和中小家族企业具有一定的契合性。“关系融资”不同于西方经济学家所提出的关系型融资这一概念。“关系融资”在中小家族企业的生成和发展中担当重要的功能。当中小家族企业从情感型、互惠型的关系融资走向基于利益驱动的交易型融资时，“关系”脱嵌并带来了一定的风险，这对解释近年来所发生的民营企业家“跑路事件”以及跳楼自杀事件有一定的启示。
