摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the efficiency, reduce pollutant emissions and ensure safe operation of the boiler, the embedded remote monitoring data acquisition terminal and monitoring software system for industrial boiler were developed. The boiler parameter data is transmitted through the network to the monitoring system,and the real-time dynamic changes of the parameters such as temperature and pressure of the boiler are displayed in the form of multimedia, so as to realize the remote monitoring of the boiler energy efficiency. The results show that the developed monitoring device has simple structure and high reliability,and it has a very broad application prospects in the field of boiler condition monitoring and diagnosis.
