摘要
Abstract
On the basis of a large amount of information about the automatic packing machine, the implementation mechanism of the machine is studied and analyzed, and the application of the cam mechanism in the automatic packing machine is attempted.This paper takes full account of the mechanical properties of the automatic packing machine, analyzes the box opening mechanism of the automatic packing machine in detail, takes the cam gear combination mechanism as the core mechanism, the planet wheel is connected with the oscillating roller as the follower of the cam mechanism, under the action of the cam and the center wheel, the planet frame can meet the requirement of "movement-stop-movement-stop", and the relative static state can be set aside enough time for the suction box.The mechanism to ensure the stability of the automatic cartoning machine in high speed box taking-off the box, to improve the efficiency of the packaging box, to avoid the likely impact phenomenon during high-speed operation, put forward the research design combination of cam mechanism.关键词
