Abstract
The city community health service has developed rapidly in work, in order to further implement the classification system, general practitioner team construction is the key, therefore, general medicine education and the cultivation of the “3+2” assistant general practitioners work highlighted its importance increasingly. Huilongguan in 2012 community health service centers become “3+2” assistant general practitioner to the capital university of medical sciences, the practice teaching base, the author to stand in the angle of the general teaching staff, in the “3+2” assistant general teaching practice of recent years, a preliminary accumulated experience and understanding, and sums up the community “3+2” assistant general shortcomings in the course of practice teaching, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.关键词
