Abstract
Objective To analysis the clinical diagnosis and treatment of viral encephalitis in children.Methods According to the different method of treatment to 100 cases of children with viral encephalitis were divided into two groups, 50 cases in control group were treated with interferon, 50 cases of experimental group were treated by gamma globulin treatment.Results The total effective rate in the clinical treatment, the experimental group was signiifcantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion In treatment of children with viral encephalitis, should be based on the patient's medical history, clinical manifestations and auxiliary examination results, the diagnosis should be timely to give symptomatic treatment after diagnosis and to improve prognosis of children, let the sequela incidence reduced effectively.关键词
