Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of early enteral nutrition combained with glutamine on the acute stage of server stroke patients. MethodsA total of 90 patients with server stroke in acute stage were randomly divided into two groups:45 patients received routine nutritional support, while another received glutamine intervention. Clinical data and gastrointestinal adverse reaction were collected and analyzed.Results The incidence of gastric retention, diarrhea and constipation in glutamine intervention group was significantly lower than another group (P<0.05). Conclusion Enteral nutritional support in patients with server stroke in acute stage combined with glutamine can signiifcantly reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions.关键词
